• Strategic Advisory: Ongoing advisory sessions (minimum 8 hours per month) with the client's executive leadership team regarding investment positioning, risk mitigation, and market entry strategies tailored to the Kazakhstan Almaty business environment.
• Policy & Regulatory Monitoring: Continuous tracking of legislative changes issued by the Government of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of National Economy, and Almaty City Akimat, with monthly briefing memoranda delivered to the client.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Representation of the client at relevant economic forums, chambers of commerce meetings, and bilateral trade delegations held in Kazakhstan Almaty, including the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) liaison activities.

The following table constitutes the complete financial schedule for this Quotation Estimate. All amounts are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable Kazakhstan rate of 12%, unless otherwise stated.

• An initial mobilization payment of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate value shall be due within 10 business days of contract execution.
• Remaining 75% shall be invoiced in equal monthly installments, payable within 30 days of invoice date via wire transfer to the designated Kazakhstan Almaty bank account.
• All payments shall be made in US Dollars or Kazakhstani Tenge at the National Bank of Kazakhstan (NKB) reference rate on the date of invoicing.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 90 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and the Economist fee structure may be subject to revision based on prevailing Kazakhstan Almaty market conditions.
• The Economist shall be engaged on a fixed-term contract of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. Termination by either party requires 60 days' written notice.
