4.1 Payment shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the designated account of Meridian Economic Advisory Group, LLC. All payments referenced in this Quotation Estimate are subject to the prevailing exchange rates as published by the Central Bank of Kuwait on the date of invoicing.
4.2 A mobilization advance of 25% (KWD 29,846.25) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the formal service agreement in Kuwait City.
4.3 The remaining balance shall be invoiced in equal monthly installments of KWD 16,051.25, payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of each invoice date.
4.4 Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Kuwaiti commercial law provisions applicable in Kuwait City.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on market conditions in Kuwait.
5.2 The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data, proprietary information, and economic analyses conducted in Kuwait, Kuwait City. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of services.
5.3 The service provider reserves the right to substitute the assigned Economist with a professional of equivalent or superior qualifications, subject to prior written approval by the client.
5.4 All deliverables, including reports, presentations, and analytical models produced under this engagement, shall become the sole property of the client upon full and final payment of all amounts stipulated in this Quotation Estimate.
5.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
5.6 Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuwait City, in accordance with the Kuwaiti Arbitration Law, and the governing law shall be the laws of the State of Kuwait.
5.7 The Economist shall comply with all applicable Kuwaiti labor regulations, visa requirements, and professional licensing mandates as enforced by the relevant authorities in Kuwait City.
