4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the rates and terms may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Netherlands Amsterdam professional services sector.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of invoice date. A 1.5% monthly late payment interest rate shall apply in accordance with Dutch law (Article 6:119a of the Dutch Civil Code). Invoices will be issued in EUR to the bank account specified by the client.
4.3 Scope Changes: Any additional services requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the standard Economist hourly rate of €185.00 per hour.
4.4 Confidentiality: The Economist and all supporting personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data, models, and findings related to the client's operations in Netherlands Amsterdam. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to commencement of work.
4.5 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all reports, models, forecasts, and analytical deliverables produced by the Economist shall become the exclusive property of the client. Meridian Economic Advisory B.V. retains the right to reference the engagement in anonymised case studies.
4.6 Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice period of fourteen (14) calendar days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination, as itemised in a final Quotation Estimate adjustment.
4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Note: The Economist assigned to this engagement holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Amsterdam and possesses over fifteen (15) years of experience in urban economic planning, regional policy analysis, and fiscal modelling within the Netherlands Amsterdam metropolitan area.
