The Economist retained under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following core services throughout the engagement period in New Zealand Auckland:

Policy Advisory: On-demand advisory sessions (minimum 8 per quarter) with Auckland Regional Council members, the Auckland Transport Economic Unit, and the New Zealand Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment's Auckland regional office.
Infrastructure & Investment Modelling: Cost-benefit analyses for proposed infrastructure projects in New Zealand Auckland, including transport corridors, housing development zones, and digital infrastructure rollouts.
Workforce & Skills Forecasting: Annual labour market projections identifying emerging skill gaps, migration impact assessments, and sectoral employment trends across the New Zealand Auckland region.
Stakeholder Presentations: Minimum 12 formal presentations per annum to government bodies, industry associations, and academic institutions within New Zealand Auckland.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly instalments, due within 30 days of invoice issuance. The first instalment is due upon contract execution. All amounts are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are subject to the standard 15% Goods and Services Tax applicable in New Zealand. In the event of scope changes exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value, a supplementary Quotation Estimate shall be issued for client approval prior to additional work commencing.

Assumptions: This Quotation Estimate assumes the Economist will have access to all relevant New Zealand Auckland government datasets, including Statistics New Zealand (Stats NZ) regional data, Auckland Council planning records, and Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ) economic indicators. The client is responsible for facilitating data access agreements.

Exclusions: This Quotation Estimate does not include international travel, litigation support, or services beyond the New Zealand Auckland metropolitan region unless a separate addendum is executed. The Economist's personal superannuation contributions are included in the base retainer fee.

Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with 90 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate total will be applied.

Confidentiality: All economic data, forecasts, and policy recommendations produced by the Economist under this engagement are the intellectual property of the client and are subject to New Zealand's Official Information Act 1982 and the Privacy Act 2020.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost projections set forth herein for the engagement of the Economist in New Zealand Auckland. This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding service agreement upon countersignature by both parties.
