- Policy Impact Modelling: Development of econometric models to evaluate the projected economic impact of proposed infrastructure investments, housing policy reforms, and trade agreements on the New Zealand Wellington economy over a five-year horizon.
- Sectoral Economic Forecasting: Quarterly forecasting reports covering key sectors including tourism, technology, education, and public administration as they relate to the New Zealand Wellington economic landscape.
- Advisory Consultations: A minimum of twelve (12) in-person advisory sessions per quarter with the Wellington Regional Economic Development Board and its sub-committees, conducted at the Lambton Quay offices or such other location within New Zealand Wellington as mutually agreed.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the New Zealand Wellington client require acceptance beyond this period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Economist services will be issued.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon execution of the service agreement; the remaining 50% shall be invoiced in equal quarterly instalments, payable within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
- The Economist engaged under this agreement shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of NZD $5,000,000 and shall comply with all applicable New Zealand employment, privacy, and professional conduct legislation.
- All intellectual property, reports, models, and analyses produced by the Economist specifically for the New Zealand Wellington client under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment, subject to a non-exclusive licence retained by Pacific Rim Economic Advisory Ltd. for internal reference purposes.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with ninety (90) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the Quotation Estimate costs for services already rendered shall be invoiced in full, and no further charges shall apply.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of specific economic outcomes. The Economist shall exercise professional judgement and best practice in all analyses, but the New Zealand Wellington client acknowledges that economic forecasting inherently involves uncertainty.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting service agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the District Court of Wellington.
By signing below, the New Zealand Wellington client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and authorises the engagement of the Economist as described herein. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the duration specified.
