This Quotation Estimate is submitted by Apex Economic Advisory & Consulting Ltd. in response to the request for professional Economist services to be deployed and utilized within Nigeria Abuja. The engagement pertains to the provision of a senior-level Economist to support the Federal Ministry of Finance in conducting a comprehensive macroeconomic policy review, fiscal strategy formulation, and economic forecasting for the 2025/2026 fiscal year.
The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall operate primarily from the Ministry's headquarters in Wuse II, Nigeria Abuja, with the flexibility to travel to other federal and state offices across the Federal Capital Territory and selected geopolitical zones as required by the project scope. The Economist shall possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of post-graduate experience in macroeconomics, public finance, and development economics, with demonstrated expertise in the Nigerian economic context.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to inflationary adjustments in the Nigeria Abuja market.
- Payment shall be made in monthly instalments of ₦15,542,083 (one million, five hundred and forty-two thousand, eighty-three naira) within fourteen (14) days of each invoice, payable to the company's designated bank account in Abuja.
- The Economist and supporting team shall be available for a minimum of 40 working hours per week, Monday through Friday, at the client's premises in Nigeria Abuja, with reasonable flexibility for urgent policy matters.
- All intellectual property, reports, models, and analytical outputs produced under this engagement shall vest exclusively in the Federal Ministry of Finance upon full payment.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include Value Added Tax (VAT) or Withholding Tax (WHT), which shall be borne by the client in accordance with prevailing Nigerian tax legislation.
- The Economist shall adhere to the code of conduct and ethical standards prescribed by the Nigerian Institute of Economists and the Federal Ministry of Finance.
- All data and information shared under this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from the client.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Abuja in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein for the engagement of the Economist and associated services in Nigeria Abuja.
