The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in macroeconomic and microeconomic analysis, with demonstrated expertise in South Asian trade policy, foreign exchange dynamics, inflation modeling, and industrial sector forecasting relevant to the manufacturing and export-oriented enterprises operating in Pakistan Karachi.
The following services are encompassed within this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Economist in Pakistan Karachi:
- Quarterly macroeconomic outlook reports specific to the Karachi metropolitan region and the broader Sindh province economy.
- Monthly foreign exchange and interest rate impact assessments for import-dependent industrial operations.

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: an initial advance of twenty-five percent (25%) upon execution of the service agreement, followed by quarterly installments of twenty-five percent (25%) each, due within fifteen (15) business days of the commencement of each calendar quarter. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the KEARG account at HBL, Shahrah-e-Faisal Branch, Pakistan Karachi. Late payments shall attract a penalty of two percent (2%) per month on the outstanding balance.
(a) This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Pakistan Karachi, including but not limited to changes in the State Bank of Pakistan policy rate, inflation indices, and foreign exchange volatility.
(b) The Economist engaged under this arrangement shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, trade secrets, and strategic information of the client. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of services.
(c) All deliverables, including reports, briefs, and assessments, shall be submitted in both printed and digital (PDF) format. The client shall have full intellectual property rights over all commissioned work produced under this Quotation Estimate.
(d) In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or systemic financial disruptions affecting Pakistan Karachi, either party may suspend obligations with written notice of forty-eight (48) hours.
(e) This Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan Karachi.
(f) The Economist reserves the right to decline engagement on any specific ad-hoc brief if the subject matter conflicts with professional ethical standards or regulatory restrictions imposed by the Pakistan Economic Research Forum.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately represents the agreed-upon scope, cost, and terms for the engagement of the Economist to provide professional economic advisory services in Pakistan Karachi. This document, once countersigned, shall constitute a binding service agreement for the duration specified herein.
