This Quotation Estimate is issued by Pacific Economic Advisory Group in response to the formal request from the client for the engagement of a senior Economist to deliver comprehensive macroeconomic analysis, policy advisory, and strategic forecasting services within the Philippines Manila metropolitan area and its surrounding economic zones. The Economist engaged under this arrangement will possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in Philippine and Southeast Asian economic policy, with demonstrated expertise in GDP modeling, inflation trajectory analysis, monetary policy interpretation, and trade flow assessment specific to the Philippines Manila business environment.

The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are designed to support the client's strategic planning initiatives for the remainder of fiscal year 2025 and the first quarter of 2026. All deliverables will be produced in accordance with the standards set by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) reporting frameworks.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon execution of the service agreement, 30% upon delivery of the first quarterly forecast report, and the remaining 30% upon final project completion and acceptance of all deliverables. All payments shall be remitted via bank transfer to the account designated by Pacific Economic Advisory Group, Philippines Manila office. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Philippine commercial law.

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the designated Economist are subject to revision.

5.2 The Economist assigned to this engagement shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, trade secrets, and strategic information of the client, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

5.3 All on-site work shall be conducted within the Philippines Manila National Capital Region (NCR) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel to provinces outside NCR shall be billed separately at cost.

5.4 The client reserves the right to request revisions on any deliverable up to two (2) times per report at no additional charge. Subsequent revisions shall be billed at the hourly rate specified in Item 05.

5.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any work.

5.6 In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Philippines Manila region, either party may suspend obligations without penalty, with written notice within five (5) business days.

Note: This Quotation Estimate reflects the current market rates for senior-level Economist services in the Philippines Manila professional services sector as of June 2025. Rates are subject to adjustment based on scope changes, extended timelines, or additional deliverables not covered herein.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined above for the engagement of the Economist services in Philippines Manila.
