3.1 This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding offer and does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by the undersigned representative of Northwestern Economic Advisory Group.
3.2 The Economist assigned to this engagement in Russia Saint Petersburg shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Economics (or equivalent) from an accredited Russian or internationally recognized institution, with no fewer than eight (8) years of professional experience in macroeconomic or regional economic analysis.
3.3 Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 35% upon delivery of the interim analytical report; 25% upon final delivery of the Economic Outlook Report and completion of all presentation sessions in Russia Saint Petersburg.
3.4 All intellectual property rights in the reports, models, and analyses produced by the Economist under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Economist retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios with client consent.
3.5 The Economist shall comply with all applicable data protection regulations of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data, particularly when handling sensitive economic data pertaining to Russia Saint Petersburg.
3.6 Any change in scope beyond the line items specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written amendment, signed by both parties, before additional work commences.
3.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the civil law of the Russian Federation, with jurisdiction vested in the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast.
