- Stakeholder Presentations and Workshops: Delivery of executive-level presentations, board briefings, and facilitated workshops for senior leadership, government stakeholders, and institutional investors based in Riyadh.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:
- Advance Payment: 30% of the total contract value (SAR 418,140) due within fourteen (14) business days of contract execution.
- Progress Payments: 50% of the total contract value (SAR 696,900) payable in four equal quarterly installments (SAR 174,225 per quarter), due within thirty (30) days of each quarter's completion.
- Final Payment: 20% of the total contract value (SAR 278,760) due within thirty (30) days of the final deliverable acceptance and project closure.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of the service provider registered in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing and availability of the Economist are subject to re-evaluation.
- The Economist shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, proprietary information, and strategic documents in compliance with Saudi Arabian data protection regulations.
- All deliverables shall be produced in both Arabic and English to ensure accessibility for all stakeholders in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- The client reserves the right to request revisions on any deliverable up to two (2) times per cycle at no additional cost. Further revisions will be billed at the hourly ad-hoc consulting rate.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh in accordance with the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) rules.
- The Economist shall not be held liable for decisions made by the client based on the analysis and recommendations provided, as all forecasts and projections are subject to inherent economic uncertainty.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In such cases, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of services as detailed in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Economist in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
