- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all Economist service rates and availability are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon execution of the service agreement; the remaining 50% shall be invoiced in equal quarterly instalments in arrears, payable within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
- All Economist deliverables, reports, and research materials produced under this engagement remain the intellectual property of The Economist Singapore Singapore Advisory Office. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use such materials for internal business purposes within Singapore Singapore only.
- The Economist Singapore Singapore Advisory Office reserves the right to substitute named analysts with equivalent seniority should circumstances require. All Economist team members will maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with Singapore Singapore data protection legislation (PDPA).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be communicated in writing via email or signed copy returned to the undersigned within the validity period.
- Any changes to the scope of Economist services outlined herein must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences. Revised costs will be appended to this Quotation Estimate as a supplementary schedule.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore, and failing mediation, through arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore Singapore.
