This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Global Advisory Group in response to the formal request from the Korea Economic Development Institute for the engagement of a senior Economist to provide specialized macroeconomic analysis, policy advisory, and market research services within the metropolitan region of South Korea Seoul. The scope of work outlined below reflects the specific requirements communicated during the preliminary consultation held on 28 May 2025 at the client's headquarters in Jongno-gu, Seoul.

The Economist to be engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in macroeconomic policy, trade economics, and financial market analysis. The Economist must hold a Doctorate in Economics or a related field from a recognized international institution and must be fluent in both English and Korean to effectively operate within the South Korea Seoul business and governmental environment. All services shall be rendered primarily at the client's offices in Seoul, with occasional travel to other locations within South Korea as required for field research and stakeholder meetings.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this validity period shall require a revised quotation reflecting current market rates for Economist services in South Korea Seoul.
Payment shall be made in Korean Won (KRW) via bank transfer to the account designated by Meridian Global Advisory Group. Invoices will be issued on the first business day of each month for the retainer fee, and upon delivery for project-based items.
A deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the total Quotation Estimate value is required within ten (10) business days of contract execution to confirm the engagement of the Economist.
The Economist engaged under this agreement shall comply with all applicable South Korean labor regulations, data protection laws (Personal Information Protection Act), and confidentiality obligations specific to the South Korea Seoul financial and governmental sector.
All intellectual property, reports, analyses, and deliverables produced by the Economist during the term of this engagement shall become the sole property of the Korea Economic Development Institute upon full payment.
Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a cancellation fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the remaining contract value.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. All terms are subject to final legal review by the client's legal counsel in South Korea Seoul.
Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB).
Taxes: All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing South Korean rate of 10%, which shall be added to each invoice.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein for the engagement of the Economist to provide services in South Korea Seoul.
