3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision due to potential changes in the Economist's availability, market conditions in Spain Barcelona, or applicable Spanish tax regulations.

3.2 Payment Terms: Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the client shall remit a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost within five (5) business days. The remaining 70% shall be payable in two equal installments: 50% upon completion of the mid-project deliverables and 50% upon final delivery and acceptance of all reports and documentation. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Barcelona Economic Advisory Group, S.L.

3.3 Professional Qualifications: The Economist assigned to this engagement holds a Doctorate in Economics from the Universitat de Barcelona, is a registered member of the Colègi Oficial d'Economistes de Catalunya, and possesses a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in economic consulting within Spain Barcelona and the broader Iberian Peninsula.

3.4 Confidentiality: All data, financial records, and proprietary information shared by the client in connection with this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Economist and all supporting staff shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any work, in accordance with the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPDGDD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3.5 Intellectual Property: All reports, analyses, models, and deliverables produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Economist retains the right to reference the engagement in a general, anonymized capacity for professional portfolio purposes, subject to the client's written consent.

3.6 Jurisdiction and Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contractual agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain Barcelona, Barcelona, Catalonia.

3.7 Cancellation: Should the client wish to cancel the engagement prior to commencement, the 30% deposit shall be forfeited. Cancellation after commencement shall be subject to a pro-rata charge for all hours worked and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation, as documented in a revised Quotation Estimate addendum.

Note: This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith projection based on the scope of services described herein. Actual costs may vary by up to 10% depending on the complexity of the economic data available in Spain Barcelona, the number of revision cycles required, and any additional regulatory filings mandated by local or national Spanish authorities. Any material change in scope will be communicated in writing prior to additional work being performed.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Economist services in Spain Barcelona and agrees to the terms, conditions, and estimated costs set forth in this document.
