1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, fees and availability of the Economist may be subject to revision.
2. The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the professional code of ethics of the Colegio Oficial de Economistas de Madrid and all applicable Spanish legislation, including the Ley 2/1974 on the profession of Economist.
3. All work product, reports, models, and analyses delivered under this engagement shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment of all fees stated in this Quotation Estimate.
4. The Economist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all financial data, business strategies, and proprietary information of the client, in compliance with the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPDGDD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. Any changes to the scope of services beyond what is described herein shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties, before additional work commences.
