This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the assigned Economist in Valencia, Spain, are subject to revision.
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are subject to the applicable Spanish Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate of 21%, as governed by the Ley 37/1992 del IVA.
The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate is a duly registered professional with the Colegio Oficial de Economistas de Valencia and shall perform all duties in accordance with the Ley 2/2007 de 19 de marzo, de Economía Social, and the professional regulations of the Spanish economic sector.
The client agrees to provide all necessary documentation, access to premises in Valencia, and timely responses to queries within five (5) business days to avoid delays in the project timeline.
Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost, to be agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement.
Confidentiality: The Economist and Valencia Economic Consulting Group S.L. shall treat all client data, financial information, and strategic documents as strictly confidential in accordance with the Spanish General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the Ley Orgánica 3/2018.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil and commercial law.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by the service provider.
The Economist reserves the right to decline or reassign engagements if a conflict of interest arises with other clients operating in the Valencia, Spain market.
