The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables for the client's operations in Sudan Khartoum:

• Conduct a comprehensive macroeconomic assessment of the Sudan Khartoum business environment, including inflation trends, currency fluctuation analysis (SDG/USD), and fiscal policy implications.
• Prepare monthly economic outlook reports specific to the industrial and manufacturing sectors operating in Sudan Khartoum.
• Provide strategic advisory on supply chain cost optimization, import/export tariff analysis, and regulatory compliance within the Sudanese economic framework.
• Deliver quarterly presentations to the client's board of directors summarizing economic risks and opportunities relevant to Sudan Khartoum operations.

Payment shall be structured as follows: 10% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 80% payable in six equal monthly installments due on the 5th business day of each month, and 10% final payment upon delivery and acceptance of the final economic impact report. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Economist Advisory Group. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Economist may be subject to revision.
2. All intellectual property, reports, and analyses produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
3. The Economist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all financial data, business strategies, and proprietary information of the client operating in Sudan Khartoum.
4. Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In such case, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement based on the terms outlined herein.
6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to political instability, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions in Sudan Khartoum, shall exempt the Economist from liability for delayed deliverables.
7. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Act.
