Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your request for a Quotation Estimate regarding the engagement of a senior Economist to provide comprehensive macroeconomic analysis, policy advisory, and fiscal modelling services for the upcoming fiscal year 2025/2026. This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to reflect the full scope of professional services that our Economist will deliver while operating out of our principal office in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. The Economist proposed for this engagement, Dr. Amina Mwakalinga, holds a Doctorate in Development Economics from the University of Dar es Salaam and possesses over fifteen years of experience in public finance, trade policy, and structural economic reform within East Africa. Her expertise is particularly relevant to the current economic priorities of Tanzania Dar es Salaam, including port logistics optimisation, industrialisation strategy, and regional trade integration under the East African Community framework.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three instalments: (i) 40% upon contract signing and commencement of the Economist's engagement; (ii) 35% upon submission of the mid-term progress report covering months four through five; and (iii) 25% upon final delivery of all deliverables and acceptance by the client. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Tanzania Economic Advisory & Consulting Ltd. at NMB Bank, Dar es Salaam Branch, Account No. 0045-2218-7734. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice issuance.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
The Economist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data, documents, and policy discussions encountered during the engagement. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement.
All deliverables produced by the Economist shall be the intellectual property of the client upon full payment, subject to the consultant's right to reference the work in academic publications with prior written consent.
The Economist shall work from our office in Tanzania Dar es Salaam (Kariakoo Business District) and shall be available for on-site meetings at the client's premises in the Dar es Salaam region as reasonably required.
Any scope changes or additional services beyond those listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation and mutual written agreement.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting Tanzania Dar es Salaam, shall entitle either party to suspend obligations without penalty.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Economist as described herein. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding service agreement for the delivery of economic advisory services in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
