- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires re-confirmation of all rates and availability of the designated Economist.
- All fees quoted in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to the prevailing 7% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Revenue Department of Thailand Bangkok.
- The Economist shall devote a minimum of 160 professional hours per month to the client's engagement. Hours exceeding the retainer will be billed at a rate of THB 2,500 per hour, subject to prior written approval.
- All deliverables, including reports, briefings, and analyses produced by the Economist, shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment of the amounts specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality: The Economist and all supporting staff are bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary data, trade secrets, and strategic information shared during the engagement in Thailand Bangkok.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control, particularly those affecting operations in Thailand Bangkok.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In such case, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly installments, due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice issuance.
