- Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate shall become a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the client within the stated validity period of thirty (30) days. No modifications to the scope of the Economist's duties in Turkey Ankara shall be made without a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
- Payment Schedule: Payment for the Economist's professional fees shall be made in monthly installments, due on the 5th business day of each month. The initial relocation and settlement package (Ref. 02) shall be paid in full within fourteen (14) days of contract execution.
- Economist Qualifications: The Economist assigned to this engagement in Turkey Ankara shall hold a minimum of a Doctorate in Economics or a related field, possess no fewer than fifteen (15) years of professional experience, and demonstrate proven expertise in emerging-market macroeconomics and public sector fiscal policy.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all fees accrued up to the termination date, plus a pro-rata portion of the relocation package.
- Confidentiality: All economic data, forecasts, and policy recommendations produced by the Economist while operating in Turkey Ankara shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and the resulting engagement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Ankara, Turkey Ankara.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this Quotation Estimate due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or government-imposed restrictions within Turkey Ankara.
