This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Economic Advisory Group Ltd. to Boğaziçi Industrial Holdings A.Ş. for the professional engagement of a qualified Economist to deliver comprehensive macroeconomic analysis, policy advisory, and strategic forecasting services within the Turkey Istanbul metropolitan region. The Economist assigned to this engagement will operate primarily out of our Istanbul headquarters and will conduct fieldwork, stakeholder meetings, and data collection across key economic zones in Turkey Istanbul, including the financial district of Levent, the industrial corridors of Tuzla and Gebze, and the commercial hubs of Beşiktaş and Kadıköy.
The Quotation Estimate below itemises all anticipated costs associated with the Economist's professional services, travel within Turkey Istanbul, research materials, reporting deliverables, and ancillary expenses. All pricing is presented in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise stated, and this Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates as of the date of issue.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Economist's services may be revised to reflect changes in the Turkey Istanbul economic environment, including inflation adjustments and currency fluctuations.
- The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, trade secrets, and strategic information of the Client. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of services in Turkey Istanbul.
- Payment shall be made in monthly instalments of 20% of the total Quotation Estimate value, due within fifteen (15) business days of each invoice. The first payment is due upon contract signature; the final payment is due upon delivery of the comprehensive economic outlook report for Turkey Istanbul.
- All services rendered by the Economist shall comply with the regulations of the Republic of Turkey, including the Turkish Commercial Code, data protection laws (KVKK), and any applicable professional standards set by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) and the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB).
- Should the Client require additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate, a supplementary Quotation Estimate shall be issued by Meridian Economic Advisory Group Ltd. for the Economist's additional work in Turkey Istanbul.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below. Upon mutual execution, it shall form part of the master service agreement governing the Economist's engagement in Turkey Istanbul.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or significant macroeconomic shocks affecting Turkey Istanbul, may result in the suspension or modification of the Economist's deliverable schedule. Both parties shall negotiate in good faith to adjust timelines.
Upon successful completion of the engagement period, the Economist shall deliver the following to the Client in Turkey Istanbul:
- Six (6) monthly sectoral economic analysis reports focused on the Turkey Istanbul metropolitan economy.
- Two (2) quarterly strategic policy advisory presentations delivered in person at the Client's Istanbul office.
- One (1) comprehensive 2026 Economic Outlook Report for Turkey Istanbul, covering GDP projections, inflation trajectories, labour market dynamics, foreign direct investment trends, and trade balance forecasts.
- Two (2) facilitated stakeholder workshops with industry leaders, policymakers, and academic partners in Turkey Istanbul.
- Unlimited ad-hoc consultation (within the 24-hour cap) on emerging economic issues affecting the Turkey Istanbul business environment.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Economist in Turkey Istanbul.
