- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any changes in market rates or resource availability will be issued.
- All services shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards set by the Royal Statistical Society and the Chartered Management Institute, applicable within the United Kingdom.
- The lead Economist shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of £5,000,000, valid throughout the engagement period in Birmingham and the wider United Kingdom.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon delivery of the interim report; 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. All payments to be made via BACS transfer to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice.
- All data collected, analysed, and reported under this engagement shall be treated as confidential. The Economist and all supporting staff shall sign individual Non-Disclosure Agreements prior to commencing fieldwork in Birmingham.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in Section 2 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written approval from the client before work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
- The client acknowledges that the figures presented in this Quotation Estimate are estimates based on current information and may be subject to adjustment due to unforeseen circumstances, changes in scope, or regulatory developments within the United Kingdom.
