Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the validity period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any price adjustments will be issued.
All services relating to The Economist digital and print products are subject to the standard terms and conditions of The Economist Media Group, a registered company in England and Wales (Company No. 00000000), with its registered office at 25 St James's Street, London SW1Y 4JH, United Kingdom.
Payment for the full value of this Quotation Estimate is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Invoices will be issued to the billing address in London, United Kingdom, as specified by the client.
The corporate digital subscription licences are non-transferable and are restricted to named individuals employed by or contracted to the client. Access is geographically optimised for users based in United Kingdom London but is available globally.
Print delivery of The Economist weekly edition will be made to the client's London office address. Any change of delivery address within the United Kingdom must be communicated in writing at least fourteen (14) days in advance.
The "Economist in London" event pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled by The Economist, a full refund of the event fee will be issued within fourteen (14) working days.
Quarterly bespoke economic briefings will be scheduled by mutual agreement between the client's London team and the assigned Economist analyst. Rescheduling requires a minimum of ten (10) business days' notice.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal purchase order or signed acceptance is received by The Economist Media Group. Upon acceptance, a definitive service agreement will be executed.
All intellectual property rights in The Economist publications, data, and content remain the exclusive property of The Economist Media Group. The client is granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the content for internal business purposes only.
Governance of this Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.

Acceptance & Authorisation

By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed and accepted in full. The services described will commence within five (5) business days of receipt of the signed acceptance and initial payment.
