This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Economic Consulting Group in response to the formal request for professional economic advisory services in the United States Miami metropolitan area. 1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the United States Miami professional services sector.
2. Payment Terms: Invoices shall be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date via wire transfer to the account designated by Meridian Economic Consulting Group. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month shall apply to outstanding balances.
3. Economist Qualifications: The Economist assigned to this engagement shall hold a minimum of a Doctorate in Economics (Ph.D.) or equivalent, with no fewer than fifteen (15) years of professional experience in macroeconomic analysis, regional economics, or public policy. The Economist must be a licensed professional in the State of Florida and maintain current membership in the American Economic Association.
4. Geographic Scope: All fieldwork, data collection, and on-site consultations shall be conducted within the United States Miami metropolitan area and its immediate surrounding regions. Travel beyond a fifty-mile radius of downtown Miami will be billed at actual cost plus 15%.
5. Deliverables: The Economist shall submit monthly progress reports, quarterly comprehensive analytical reports, and an annual strategic economic outlook document. All deliverables shall be provided in both digital (PDF) and printed formats.
6. Confidentiality: All data, findings, and proprietary information exchanged under this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Economist shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any work in the United States Miami region.
7. Cancellation: Either party may terminate this engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
9. Taxes: All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sales tax at the rate of 6.5% (Miami-Dade County) shall be added to each invoice as applicable.
Acceptance & AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Meridian Economic Consulting Group to proceed with the engagement of the specified Economist for the services described herein in the United States Miami area. This signature constitutes full acceptance of all terms, conditions, rates, and scope of work outlined in this document.
