This Quotation Estimate assumes the following payment schedule: a 30% retainer ($17,826.18) due upon execution of the service agreement; 40% ($23,768.24) due upon delivery of the Macroeconomic Analysis report (Item 1); and the remaining 30% ($17,826.19) due within thirty (30) calendar days of the final deliverable. All payments are to be made in U.S. Dollars via wire transfer to our account at First Republic Bank, San Francisco branch. Late payments will accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under California Commercial Code Section 2202.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After July 12, 2025, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in United States San Francisco.
Scope Changes: Any modifications to the scope of work beyond what is outlined in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional Economist hours beyond the 20-hour allocation will be billed at $350 per hour.
Confidentiality: All data, analyses, and reports produced under this engagement are the exclusive property of Golden Gate Ventures LLC. Bay Area Economic Advisory Group agrees to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with California Civil Code Section 1798.82.
Intellectual Property: The Lead Economist and supporting analysts retain the right to publish anonymized, aggregate findings in academic journals, provided no client-specific data is disclosed.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, with jurisdiction in the Superior Court of San Francisco County, United States.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to seismic events common to the San Francisco region, or government-mandated closures.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined above for the provision of Economist services in United States San Francisco. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
