3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision in line with prevailing economic conditions in Zimbabwe Harare and the broader Zimbabwean market.
3.2 Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of Zimbabwe Economic Advisory & Consulting (Pvt) Ltd, First National Bank of Zimbabwe, Harare Branch. Invoices are payable within twenty-one (21) days of receipt.
3.3 The Economist engaged under this contract shall operate in strict compliance with the Zimbabwean Labour Act, the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe regulations, and all applicable data protection legislation. All economic data and policy documents produced shall remain the exclusive property of the client.
3.4 The client reserves the right to terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such an event, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full, and no further charges shall apply.
3.5 Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional services will be quoted separately and shall not be executed without a formal amendment to this document.
3.6 The Economist shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of USD 500,000 throughout the duration of the engagement in Zimbabwe Harare.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00) at the client's designated office in Zimbabwe Harare. Overtime, weekend work, or emergency policy consultations outside these hours will be billed at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate. All travel within the Harare metropolitan area is included; travel to other provinces or international destinations will be quoted separately.By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Economist in Zimbabwe Harare.
