Terms and Conditions

1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Algeria.

2. Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be paid in two equal monthly installments. All payments are to be made in Algerian Dinars (DZD) via bank transfer to our account at BNA, Algiers branch.

3. Editor Availability: The assigned Editor will be dedicated exclusively to this project for the duration of the contract. In the event of unforeseen absence, a qualified replacement Editor of equivalent seniority will be provided within 48 hours, with prior written notice to the client.

4. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final deliverables, including edited footage, color-graded sequences, and audio mixes, shall become the exclusive property of the client. MediCraft Digital Solutions SARL retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Data Protection: All project data will be stored and processed in Algiers, Algeria, in full compliance with Algerian Law No. 18-07 on the Protection of Personal Data. The Editor and all team members will sign non-disclosure agreements prior to project commencement.

6. Cancellation: Either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice. In such case, the client shall be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date, as assessed by the Editor.

7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Algiers.

8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or infrastructure failures in Algiers, Algeria.
