The total duration of the Editor engagement is estimated at twelve (12) weeks, commencing on the date of contract execution. The Editor will be available on-site in Córdoba, Argentina, for a minimum of three (3) days per week, with the remaining days allocated to focused remote editing. Milestone deliverables will be submitted bi-weekly for client review. Any extension beyond the twelve-week period will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in the Argentine peso exchange rate or market conditions in Córdoba.
Payment Schedule: 30% advance upon contract signing; 40% upon completion of the structural editing phase; 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all editorial deliverables. Payments shall be made in Argentine Pesos via bank transfer to the account held in Córdoba, Argentina.
Intellectual Property: All edited manuscripts, notes, and intermediate documents remain the exclusive property of the client. The Editor retains no rights to reproduce, distribute, or publish any portion of the work without written consent.
