- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Australia Sydney.
- All costs are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Australian tax law.
- The Editor engagement is subject to a minimum three-month initial contract. Renewal or extension beyond the initial term will be agreed upon in writing by both parties at least fourteen (14) days prior to the expiry of the current term.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance and commencement of the Editor engagement. The remaining 50% is payable in two equal monthly instalments at the end of Month 1 and Month 3.
- The Editor will operate in accordance with all applicable Australian employment and contract law, including the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and relevant New South Wales state legislation governing the Australia Sydney region.
- All work product, including edited documents, style guides, and editorial materials produced by the Editor, shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment of the Quotation Estimate amount.
- Confidentiality: The Editor and Sydney Editorial Solutions Pty Ltd agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client materials, proprietary information, and business strategies encountered during the engagement in Australia Sydney.
- Any additional services or scope changes beyond those outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
