Our Editor team, based in the Banani commercial district of Bangladesh Dhaka, will be responsible for all stages of editorial processing from raw footage ingestion through to final export. The Editor will work in coordination with the client's creative director located in Dhaka and will ensure all deliverables comply with the Bangladesh Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (BTRC) content guidelines and local broadcasting standards.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates for Editor services in Bangladesh Dhaka are subject to revision based on market conditions and resource availability.
Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon delivery of the rough cut by the Editor, and 25% upon final approval and handover of all deliverables. All payments shall be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bank transfer to our account at BRAC Bank, Dhaka branch.
The Editor team will operate from our studio premises in Banani, Bangladesh Dhaka, with on-site client meetings scheduled at the client's Gulshan office as per the project timeline. Travel within Dhaka city limits is included in this Quotation Estimate.
All raw footage, project files, and intermediate renders remain the intellectual property of the client. The Editor retains no rights to the content beyond the scope of this engagement. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the commencement of editorial work.
Three (3) rounds of revisions are included per deliverable. Additional revision requests beyond the included rounds will be charged at 50% of the applicable daily Editor rate as itemized in this Quotation Estimate.
Any scope change, additional deliverable, or extension of the Editor engagement beyond the 33 working days specified herein will require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties, before work commences on the additional scope.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or infrastructure failures in Bangladesh Dhaka, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from this Editor services agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka in accordance with the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, 2001.
