The Editor engagement is planned over a period of twelve (12) weeks commencing on 1 September 2025 and concluding on 28 November 2025. All deliverables will be produced and submitted in accordance with the milestone schedule agreed upon in the formal service contract. The Editor will operate primarily from the client's premises in central Brussels, with remote working permitted for non-sensitive tasks. Weekly progress reports will be submitted every Friday to the client's project lead.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of the sixth week of the Editor engagement, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery and client acceptance of all deliverables. Invoices will be issued in Euro (EUR) and are payable within thirty (30) calendar days via bank transfer to the provider's Belgian bank account.
