Payments shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of Meridian Creative Solutions Ltda., Banco do Brasil, Ag. 1234-5, Conta Corrente 67890-1, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, RJ. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1% per month plus a 2% penalty, in accordance with Brazilian commercial law (Código Civil, Art. 412).

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Editor service rates and tax calculations may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Brazil Rio de Janeiro.
All Editor deliverables shall be produced in accordance with the creative brief approved by the client. Any scope changes beyond 10% of the originally estimated hours will require a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written client approval.
Meridian Creative Solutions Ltda. retains full intellectual property rights over proprietary editing techniques, templates, and workflows. The client receives full ownership of the final Editor output upon full payment.
The Editor engagement is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, for any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service contract.
Confidentiality: All project materials, client data, and proprietary information shared during the Editor engagement in Brazil Rio de Janeiro shall be treated as strictly confidential and protected under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei nº 13.709/2018).
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or infrastructure failures affecting the Rio de Janeiro metropolitan area.
