1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, ClearWord Editorial Solutions Inc. reserves the right to revise the fees listed herein.

In the event of unforeseen unavailability, a substitute Editor of equivalent seniority will be assigned with the client's prior written consent.
3. All work product, including drafts, tracked changes, and final files, shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Editor retains the right to reference the completed project in a professional portfolio, subject to the client's confidentiality requirements.
4. Confidentiality: The Editor and all personnel of ClearWord Editorial Solutions Inc. shall treat all client materials as strictly confidential. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be executed prior to the transfer of any proprietary documents.
5. Revisions: The Quotation Estimate includes one (1) round of minor revisions (up to 5% of total word count) following each editing stage. Additional revision rounds will be billed at the applicable per-word rate.
6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or widespread technological failures affecting the Canada Vancouver region.
7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
