• Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de Chile for overdue commercial obligations.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all fees are subject to revision based on current market rates in Chile Santiago.
• The Editor assigned to this project shall be a senior professional with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in editorial work within the Chilean publishing industry, based in Chile Santiago.
• All materials provided by the client remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client. The Editor shall not reproduce, distribute, or publish any portion of the manuscript without written authorization.
