- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Colombia Bogotá.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of Episode 6, and 30% upon final delivery of all 12 episodes. All payments shall be made in Colombian Pesos (COP) via bank transfer to our account at Banco de Bogotá.
- The Editor team assigned to this project will be based in Colombia Bogotá and will comply with all applicable labor laws, including the Colombian Labor Code (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, Decreto 2351 de 1966) and social security contributions (Pensión, Salud, ARL).
- All intellectual property rights in the final edited deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Editor team retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio with prior written consent.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will require a formal change order and may result in additional charges. The Editor project manager will provide a revised Quotation Estimate for any such modifications.
- Confidentiality: All materials, scripts, footage, and proprietary information shared during the engagement in Colombia Bogotá shall be treated as strictly confidential and protected under a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to commencement of work.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or infrastructure failures affecting the Colombia Bogotá metropolitan area.
