4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Colombia Medellín or changes in software licensing costs.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the Editor onboarding and workflow setup phase, and 20% upon successful completion of the first full month of Editor services.
- All Editor personnel assigned to this project in Medellín will comply with Colombian labor regulations (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo) and applicable Antioquia departmental ordinances.
- The Editor's intellectual property and work product created during the engagement shall be the exclusive property of Estudio Creativo Andino S.A.S., subject to a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to commencement.
- Any scope changes or additional Editor services beyond those listed in this Quotation Estimate will require a formal change order and supplementary quotation approved in writing by both parties.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Medellín region, may result in temporary service adjustments without penalty to either party.
