- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Editor services in Egypt Cairo may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, currency exchange rate changes, or resource availability.
- All Editor services will be performed in compliance with Egyptian labor law, the Egyptian Copyright Law (Law No. 82 of 2002), and applicable data protection regulations within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon completion of Phase 2 milestones, and 25% upon final delivery and client sign-off. Payments shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the account of Cairo Media Solutions Ltd., Cairo, Egypt.
- The Editor assigned to this project shall be a qualified professional with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in editorial and post-production work, and shall be physically based in Cairo, Egypt for the duration of the engagement.
- Any additional Editor services, scope changes, or extended timelines beyond the parameters outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written amendment, signed by both parties.
- All intellectual property rights in the final Editor deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Intermediate work-in-progress files remain the property of Cairo Media Solutions Ltd. until final settlement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement, governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and with jurisdiction in the Cairo courts, shall be executed prior to the commencement of any Editor work.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or civil unrest affecting the Cairo metropolitan area, shall excuse timely performance without penalty to either party.
