The Editor engagement under this Quotation Estimate is projected to span a period of six (6) months, commencing upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate by the client in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Editor will deliver revised documents within five (5) business days of receipt for standard editorial tasks and within ten (10) business days for comprehensive structural editing. All on-site consultations in Addis Ababa will be scheduled in advance with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Milestone deliverables will be submitted at the end of each month, and a final comprehensive editorial report will be provided upon project completion.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Ethiopia.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the third month of Editor services, and 20% upon final delivery and acceptance of all editorial outputs.
All payments shall be made in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Editorial & Linguistic Services PLC, or in US Dollars (USD) at the prevailing National Bank of Ethiopia exchange rate on the date of payment.
The Editor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain strict confidentiality of all documents and materials handled during the engagement in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in compliance with Ethiopian data protection and intellectual property laws.
Any scope changes or additional editorial requests beyond the quantities specified in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance shall be indicated by signature and stamp on the acknowledgment section below.
All services will be performed in accordance with the professional standards of the Ethiopian Editors' Association and applicable international editorial guidelines.
