As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Editor services in France Lyon shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 30% (EUR 10,836.00) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% (EUR 14,448.00) due upon completion of the Editor on-site installation in Lyon; and the remaining 30% (EUR 10,836.00) due within thirty (30) days of the final Editor training session. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided by Lyonnaise Editorial Solutions SARL, Lyon, France. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-6).
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Editor services may be subject to revision due to market conditions in France Lyon.
5.2 All Editor services shall be performed in accordance with French labour law, data protection regulations (RGPD), and applicable professional standards within the Lyon metropolitan area.
5.3 The Editor platform and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Lyonnaise Editorial Solutions SARL. The client is granted a non-transferable licence for use within their France Lyon operations only.
5.4 Any changes to the scope of Editor services after acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written mutual agreement.
5.5 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Editor service contract shall be resolved by the competent courts of Lyon, France, in accordance with French law.
5.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance shall be evidenced by a signed copy of this document or a formal purchase order referencing Quotation Estimate No. QTE-LYON-2025-0472.
