The Editor will commence work within five (5) business days of receiving full payment of the initial deposit and the complete manuscript. The estimated total duration of the editorial project, as outlined in this Quotation Estimate, is eight (8) to ten (10) weeks from commencement to final delivery. All milestones and interim deliverables will be communicated to the client via email, with in-person reviews scheduled at our office in France Marseille at the client's convenience.

Deposit: 40% of the total amount (EUR 2,995.20 incl. TVA) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Editor's schedule and commence work.
Interim Payment: 30% (EUR 2,246.40 incl. TVA) is due upon delivery of the Line Editing phase and receipt of the editorial report.
Final Payment: 30% (EUR 2,246.40 incl. TVA) is due upon delivery of the final proofread document and project closure.
All payments are to be made by bank transfer to our account at Crédit Agricole Provence Côte d'Azur, Marseille. IBAN and BIC details will be provided on the accompanying invoice.
Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month of delay, in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Editor reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in workload, market rates, or operational costs in France Marseille.
The Editor guarantees full confidentiality of all manuscripts and documents entrusted during the project. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the transfer of any materials.
All editorial work is subject to the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle). The Editor retains the right to reference the project as a professional reference unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Any additional editorial work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., additional word counts, extra languages, or urgent turnaround requests) will be quoted separately at the Editor's standard hourly rate of EUR 95.00 per hour.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Marseille, France Marseille.
The Editor shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures affecting operations in France Marseille.
