The Editor will operate on-site at the MediaPark studio in Germany Frankfurt for the duration of the contracted project period, ensuring seamless collaboration with the client's in-house creative team and directors.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, all rates and availability of the assigned Editor must be reconfirmed in writing.
• Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the principal editing phase; 20% upon final delivery and client sign-off. All payments are due within 14 days of invoice date via bank transfer to MediaCraft Solutions GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, Frankfurt am Main.
• Editor Availability: The assigned Editor is reserved exclusively for this project during the contracted period. Cancellation by the client more than 14 days before the start date incurs a 25% fee; cancellation within 14 days incurs a 50% fee.
• Working Location: All Editor services shall be performed on-site at the client's facility in Germany Frankfurt (MediaPark, Hochheimstrasse 2, 60528 Frankfurt am Main). Remote work is not included in this Quotation Estimate unless separately agreed in writing.
• Revisions: The Quotation Estimate includes up to three (3) rounds of creative revisions per deliverable. Additional revision cycles will be billed at the Editor's applicable daily rate.
• Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final edited deliverables become the exclusive property of the client. The Editor and MediaCraft Solutions GmbH retain the right to display the work in their professional portfolio, subject to the client's prior written consent.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
• Confidentiality: The Editor and all personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project materials, scripts, footage, and business information encountered during the engagement in Germany Frankfurt.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or government-mandated closures affecting operations in Germany Frankfurt.
