All amounts are in EUR. VAT is calculated in accordance with § 19 UStG (German VAT Act). This Quotation Estimate does not include customs duties or import taxes, as all goods and services are delivered domestically within Germany Munich.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, pricing for the Editor platform and associated services may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Germany Munich.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon successful installation and configuration of the Editor at the Munich site; 20% upon final acceptance and sign-off. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date via SEPA bank transfer to the account of EditorPro Solutions GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX.
- Delivery and Installation: The Editor software and all associated hardware will be delivered and installed at the client's premises in Germany Munich within 8 weeks of receipt of the advance payment. Installation will be carried out by our Munich-based technical team.
- Warranty: The Editor platform carries a standard 24-month manufacturer's warranty. Hardware workstations carry a 36-month on-site warranty valid throughout Germany, with priority response in Munich.
- Confidentiality: All data processed within the Editor environment in Germany Munich shall be stored exclusively on servers located within the European Union, in full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG).
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions affecting operations in Germany Munich.
