All Editor work will be executed from our dedicated studio facility located in the Whitefield technology corridor of Bangalore, Karnataka, India, ensuring proximity to the client's operations and facilitating in-person creative reviews as required.

The Editor team assigned to this project consists of three senior professionals with a combined experience of over 22 years in broadcast, digital, and corporate content editing. The Editor workflow will follow a structured pipeline: raw footage ingestion, rough cut assembly, fine cut refinement, color correction and grading, sound design and mixing, title and lower-third integration, and final export in all requested formats. Each phase will include a minimum of two revision cycles before final approval, ensuring the Editor output meets the exacting standards expected by the client.

• 1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Editor service rates and availability may be subject to revision based on market conditions in India Bangalore.
• 2. Payment Terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon completion of the fine cut and color grading phase, and 25% upon final delivery of all Editor deliverables. • 3. The Editor team will commence work within five (5) business days of receiving the advance payment and the initial raw footage package from the client.
• 4. Each Editor deliverable phase includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revision cycles beyond the included two will be billed at the applicable hourly Editor rate as specified in the itemized table above.
• 5. All creative assets, project files, and source media remain the intellectual property of the client. The Editor retains the right to use final deliverables in its professional portfolio and showreel, subject to the client's written consent.
• 6. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the Editor engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
• 7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or infrastructure failures in the India Bangalore region.
