The Editor engagement proposed in this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following deliverables, all to be executed by our in-house Editor team stationed in India Mumbai:

• Primary Video Editing: Full narrative and non-linear editing of up to 120 minutes of raw footage per month, including multi-cam synchronization, color grading, and audio mixing, performed by our lead Editor in our BKC studio, India Mumbai.
• Content & Copy Editing: Professional proofreading, structural editing, and stylistic refinement of all accompanying scripts, voice-over manuscripts, and on-screen text (up to 50,000 words per month) by our dedicated text Editor.
• Social Media Re-cutting: Creation of 20 short-form vertical and square-format clips per month, edited by our junior Editor team, optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, reflecting the fast-paced digital consumption habits prevalent in India Mumbai.
• Versioning & Localization: The Editor will produce regional language versions (Marathi, Hindi, and English) of all primary deliverables, a critical requirement for broadcast and OTT distribution across the India Mumbai metropolitan region and beyond.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Editor service rates may be revised to reflect prevailing market conditions in India Mumbai.
2. Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon delivery of mid-month deliverables by the Editor, and the remaining 20% upon final acceptance. All payments to be made via NEFT/RTGS to our account at HDFC Bank, BKC Branch, India Mumbai.
3. The Editor shall maintain strict confidentiality of all raw footage, scripts, and proprietary content provided by the client. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the commencement of work.
4. All deliverables produced by our Editor team shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment. PixelCraft Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to display selected work in its portfolio with prior written consent.
5. Any scope change or additional Editor requirement beyond the parameters stated in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary estimate and mutual written approval.
6. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India Mumbai.
7. The Editor engagement is on a monthly retainer basis. Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of fifteen (15) days. In such an event, pro-rata billing for services rendered by the Editor up to the termination date shall apply.
