- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Editor services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Indonesia Jakarta.
- All Editor personnel assigned to this project will be based in or regularly commuting within the Jakarta metropolitan area to ensure timely on-site availability and responsive communication with the client team.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of week six (mid-project milestone), and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all edited materials.
- Invoices shall be issued in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are payable within fourteen (14) business days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account designated by Jakarta Editorial Solutions Ltd.
- Any additional Editor services, scope changes, or extended timelines beyond the parameters outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary quotation and written client approval prior to commencement.
- All editorial work products, including revised manuscripts, style guides, and editorial reports, shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full and final payment.
- Confidentiality: All Editor team members will execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in compliance with Indonesian data protection regulations (UU PDP No. 27 of 2022) before accessing any client materials.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement will be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any Editor work in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting the Jakarta region, may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to either party.
