- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Editor services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Iraq Baghdad.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 75% of the Editor deliverables, and 20% upon final acceptance and delivery in Iraq Baghdad.
- All Editor services will be performed in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Iraq, including but not limited to media licensing, data protection, and content censorship guidelines specific to Iraq Baghdad.
- The Editor shall maintain full confidentiality of all client materials, source files, and project data. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the commencement of work in Iraq Baghdad.
- Any changes to the scope of Editor services, additional deliverables, or extended timelines must be documented in a formal Change Order and approved in writing by both parties before implementation.

- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance of the Editor services resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to political instability, security incidents, or governmental restrictions in Iraq Baghdad.
- All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables produced by the Editor shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment as stipulated in this Quotation Estimate.
