The Editor will commence work within five (5) business days of contract execution. The full engagement is projected to span approximately twelve (12) weeks, with interim deliverables submitted bi-weekly. All final deliverables will be provided in both digital (PDF, DOCX) and print-ready formats. The Editor will maintain a dedicated project file accessible to the client through a secure cloud portal hosted within Israel Tel Aviv data infrastructure to ensure compliance with local data residency requirements.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Israel Tel Aviv.
5.2 Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon delivery of the mid-project milestone; 20% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Levant Editorial Solutions Ltd., Tel Aviv, Israel.
5.3 The Editor shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client materials. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) compliant with Israeli law (Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981) shall be executed prior to commencement of work.
5.4 Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a revised estimate and written client approval before additional work commences.
5.5 The Editor reserves the right to decline materials that violate Israeli law, public order, or professional ethical standards.
5.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. All terms herein are subject to the final contractual documentation.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard business hours (Sunday through Thursday, 09:00–17:00 Israel Standard Time). Work performed outside these hours or on Israeli public holidays will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
