4. Payment Schedule
As stipulated in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Editor services shall be structured as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon client acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement. Amount: JPY 7,283,760.
- Monthly Invoicing: The remaining balance shall be invoiced on the 5th business day of each month for services rendered in the preceding month. Each invoice will reference the Quotation Estimate number QEST-KYO-2025-04871.

5. Terms and Conditions
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates associated with the Editor engagement in Japan Kyoto are subject to revision based on market conditions and currency fluctuations.
5.2 The Editor shall adhere to all applicable Japanese labor laws, including the Labor Standards Act, and shall be provided with a valid work visa or appropriate residency status for the duration of the Japan Kyoto assignment.
5.3 All intellectual property rights in the final edited deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Editor retains the right to include non-client-specific process footage in a professional portfolio, subject to prior written consent.
