Upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the Editor platform and associated hardware will be shipped from our UK facility to the Japan Osaka port within 10 business days. Customs clearance at Osaka Port is estimated at 3–5 business days. On-site installation at the Umeda office in Osaka will commence within 5 business days of hardware receipt. The full Editor deployment, including training and compliance verification, is projected for completion within 25 business days of contract signature. All on-site work will be conducted during standard Japanese business hours (09:00–18:00 JST) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% upon delivery and installation of the Editor in Japan Osaka; 10% upon successful completion of the training programme and final sign-off.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. Prices are subject to revision thereafter due to currency fluctuation (JPY/GBP) or component cost changes.
- Warranty: The Editor software carries a 12-month defect warranty. Hardware carries a 24-month manufacturer warranty, serviced by our Japan Osaka partner, Kinki IT Support Co., Ltd.
- Intellectual Property: All Editor software, plugins, and documentation remain the property of Meridian Digital Solutions Ltd. The client receives a non-transferable, site-specific license for use within the Japan Osaka premises only.
