- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for the Editor services in Japan Tokyo may be subject to revision based on market conditions and exchange-rate fluctuations.
- All amounts are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are inclusive of standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Japan Standard Time) at our Japan Tokyo office located in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.
- The Editor engagement shall commence within ten (10) business days of receipt of a signed purchase order or written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate by the client.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract execution; the remaining 50% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, payable within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Late payments shall incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge in accordance with Japanese commercial practice.
- The Editor will operate in full compliance with Japan's Personal Information Protection Act (APPI) and all data-handling regulations applicable in Japan Tokyo. All client materials will be stored on encrypted servers physically located within Japan Tokyo.
- Any additional editorial work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost estimate approved by both parties prior to commencement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both the Provider and the Client. All disputes arising from the Editor services delivered in Japan Tokyo shall be governed by the laws of Japan and adjudicated in the Tokyo District Court.
- Confidentiality: The Editor and all supporting editorial staff shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specific to the Japan Tokyo engagement before accessing any client materials.
