- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Editor engagement may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly instalments at the end of each calendar month of the Editor's engagement.
- All payments shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via bank transfer to the account of KL Editorial Solutions Sdn. Bhd., Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
- The Editor shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client materials, proprietary content, and business information. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of services.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional fees at the standard Editor rate of MYR 180.00 per hour.
- The Editor is engaged as an independent contractor of KL Editorial Solutions Sdn. Bhd. and not as an employee of the client. All employment-related obligations remain with our company in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
